When family members are physically and mentally exhausted from caring for a patient for extended periods, they can book this replacement service. Nursing staff will take over basic nighttime care duties: monitoring IV fluid administration, assisting the patient with adjusting their sleeping position, providing water as needed, and responding to calls for assistance. This allows tired family members to briefly rest and relax. Nursing staff will record the patient’s condition in real time and immediately contact the family and medical staff in case of any abnormalities, alleviating the pressure on family members who are alone during the night.
